Who processes your data

Data collected on this site is processed by LTR (La Table de Ruben), 40 rue des Boulets, 75011 Paris, France, acting as data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation.

For any question, or to exercise your rights: contact@restaurant-lucien.fr. Our activity does not require the appointment of a data protection officer, and we have not appointed one.

What we do with your data

Preparing and handing over your order. We keep your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the order, the slot you chose and any note you left. Legal basis: performance of the contract. This data is kept for three years after your last order, then anonymised.

Taking your online payment. Payment is handled by Stripe: no card details reach the restaurant or are stored by it. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Sending you the confirmation email. It restates your order and serves as proof. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Running the service from our internal tool. The team sees the day's orders and their progress, along with the number of orders not collected in the past, which helps us plan production. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the service.

Measuring site traffic. We look at aggregated visit statistics, without cookies and without identifying you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site does its job.

Limiting abuse. The number of orders placed from one connection is counted from a non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address, kept for seven days at most. The address itself is never stored. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Who has access to your data

Beyond the restaurant team, only our technical providers are involved, each for a specific task: Supabase hosts order data, Vercel hosts the site and provides traffic measurement, Stripe handles online payments, Resend delivers confirmation emails.

No data is sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.

Where your data is hosted

Data relating to orders is hosted in the European Union, in Ireland.

Some of our providers are established outside the European Union, or may process data outside it as part of their operations. Those transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the Regulation, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to restrict and object to processing.

To exercise them, write to contact@restaurant-lucien.fr. We will reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested if there is serious doubt as to who you are.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or at cnil.fr.

Cookies and trackers

This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track you from one site to another.

The Zenchef booking widget, however, sets Google audience-measurement cookies as soon as it loads. We therefore load it only after your explicit consent, requested through a banner. Without consent, the Book button remains an ordinary link to the Zenchef site: you can still book, simply on their side. To change your mind, clear your browser's local storage for this site.

Our site traffic measurement sets no cookie, does not cross-reference your data with other sources and cannot follow you across sites. On that basis it is exempt from consent, in line with the CNIL's position on audience measurement.

Your answer to the banner is stored in your browser's local storage, under the key lucien.consent.zenchef, solely so that the question is not asked again on every visit.
